Tessa curates diverse and compelling talks programmes such as the AllBright's rolling programme of talks, and their cornerstone events such as International Women's Day, for which 2020 highlights included Gina Miller, Yomi Adegoke and Sophie Walker. Tessa can also carefully select creative partners to provide on topic talks content when appropriate for a project.

Live Music

Tessa can conceive of venue themes and curate accordingly, or alternatively works to a predefined brief; securing talent to enhance the atmosphere a client has in mind. Examples of work include: programming genre defining artists for the Atrium at Wilderness such as James Rhodes, Nouvelle Vague and Ronnie Scott's presents, booking Rodrigo y Gabriela to headline Wahaca's Day of the Dead Festival, and curating music programmes for Sipsmith Gin House and Laurent Perrier's Orangerie.

Wellness & Lifestyle

Tessa has worked with some of the most celebrated wellness companies and facilitators in the UK. Her programming within this field has included the two main wellness venues at WeWork Summer Camp, the Sanctuary area, and mass yoga and meditation at Wilderness, and many wellness focussed events at the AllBright.

Creative Partnerships & Pop Ups

Tessa has initiated collaborations with well-known entities such as Ronnie Scott's, the Box, the British Fashion Council and V&A which have resulted in their hosting successful pop ups and programme takeovers.

Brand Activation & Experience Design

With a wealth of experience working with brands such as Wahaca, Sipsmith and WeWork; together with her preferred collaborators, Tessa can produce activations and experiences that engage and delight audiences.

Creative Event Planning - End to End

With extensive experience in event planning, and an elite network of close contacts to call on, Tessa can put together a team tailored to requirements, to provide the end to end delivery of any event requiring creative flair.

Spectacle Design

Pulling off a majestic spectacle show, whether commissioning one company, or unique collaborations between entities, the spectacle at Wilderness is a real source of pride and love. Highlights of Tessa’s career include IY Project and the Heliosphere, AndNow and Macnas, and Cirque Bijou's Fire Wire Spectacular created originally for Wilderness, and in collaboration with us. Wilderness Festival spectacles almost always include an element of audience participation.

Entertainment, Nightlife & Parties

With strong ties in the cabaret, comedy and nightlife scene Tessa can find the best artists and show choreographers to fit any event. Themed events in need of walkabout entertainment or unusual DJs are also her forte.

Dance, Theatre & Performance

Tessa has a wealth of experience programming theatre, dance and performance for festival stages and venues having worked with some of the most notable organisations in this field as well as up and coming companies. Tessa has been lucky enough to work with organisations such as Sadler's Wells, Breakin’ Convention, English Touring Opera, Rambert, Opera North, Old Vic New Voices and Royal Court Theatre to name but a few.

Team building & Sports Activities

Tessa has worked with many suppliers and facilitators to bring outdoor experiences to life for clients.  From on-water activities such as canoeing and paddle-boarding, to activities such as bushcraft, biking, abseil tree climbing, archery and fishing, to creating an entire sports arena in an empty field for WeWork Summer Camp, including laying down two full size basketball courts. Tessa can create a very tailored offering to meet client's briefs.

Family Programming

Since 2013 Tessa has programmed family entertainment and activities at Wilderness Festival, and has created family programmes for Somersault Festival and Citadel Festival. She has always been in touch with her inner child, and now has 2 little ones of her own who help inspire her!
